Eligibility Requirements

To join the Career Pathways Training program, you must enroll or expedite completion in one of the 13 target healthcare programs.

Participants must complete their program of choice within three years–or by the end of the 2027 Spring semester–to ensure they move into a full-time role on time.

As part of the program, participants must commit to a 3-year service requirement working for a healthcare provider in New York State that serves a patient population that is at least 30% Medicaid-reliant or uninsured.
